We hope your kids "tagalong" on this kid-friendly geocaching hunt so they can play on the nearby playground or enjoy a nice walk on the nature trails when you're done.
We are Girl Scout Troop 10943, and we are placing geocaches across South Windsor parks for our Town-wide Geocaching Event on 9/11/22 (caches will remain in place after the event). We are hiding the caches and hosting the event to earn our Silver Award, with the goal of encouraging kids to get outdoors rather than staying inside on electronics. By doing so, we hope to get families outside as well, and promote lesser known parks they may not have visited before.Great for family bonding!
