Originally I tried putting the KFU #1 in the parking lot of the closed movie theater in Franklin. I found out it was too close to another cache.
This cache is not far into the woods, seems pretty open. There is parking near by, so it should be not much more than a grab and go.
I have edited the coordinates several times. I have tried updating the hint (which seems to not have been reflected in the app)
Basically follow the fence keeping it on your left hand side, keep an eye to the top of the fence and as you get close to the posted point you will see a sprinkler head hanging.
