This one is done in the style of my "Just Because" series. In other words, the cache may be hidden on, in, below, above, in front of, behind, or near the guardrail. For those of you who AREN'T familiar with the "Just Because" series: It is an act of rebellion against putting cheap pill bottle-type containers in the obvious place on every guardrail. Therefore, these tend to be trickier, clever, some use the term "devious" (I prefer not to use that word), and challenging, sometimes even creative.
THEREFORE, you can have a hint, or you can have a higher HONEST D/T, but you'll seldom get both. When you do, the hint may be less helpful than it appears. That being said, be very careful in interpreting those hints on this style of hide!
