The MEETING POINT for this year’s WWFM XIX Event - Belfast is at the published coordinates and shown in the photo below.
WWFM XIX Meeting Point in Arthur Square
The EVENT will last exactly 30 minutes, beginning at 6:00 pm and ending at 6.30 pm.
You MUST sign the event log DURING this time to claim ‘Attended’.
- 5:59 pm – You should be waiting somewhere CLOSE TO but NOT AT the designated Event Coordinates shown. Keep acting like you know no one.
- 6:00 pm – A container will be placed at the designated coordinates, and this will be the signal for the start of this WWFM Event and you should converge on this spot to join in.
- 6:20 pm – Time to take a group photo of all ‘Attendees’.
- 6:29 pm – One minute warning is called: “It is now 6:29 pm!” FTF will be drawn at this time. Clean up and prepare to make your grand exit!
- 6:30 pm – Act like a MUGGLE and LEAVE the area! Logging is SEALED and the Event is CLOSED. If you missed the signing, and your name is not on the log sheet, you will have missed the Event and will not be able to log it!
It’s a while since there's been a WORLD WIDE FLASH MOB Event locally! So, hopefully, after a few years’ break there will be a good turnout for this one.
Thousands of geocachers at hundreds of locations across the globe will gather on this date at the same time!
