If you fancy a bush walk without having to travel out of Auckland, then Birkenhead Domain and Eskdale Bush Scenic Reserve may hit the spot.
Birkenhead Domain and Eskdale Bush Scenic Reserve have native trees including Kauri, nikau palms and ti-trees.
Cache is located on a service pathway which takes you down to a meadow which is popular with local dog walkers. From there, there is an unformed, rough track which takes you further down into the reserve and onto the main trails.
Please use the Kauri Die Back cleaning stations provided and "Stay on Track".
You are looking or a medium sized container which contains some swaps and plenty of room for travel bugs.
Attached to the back of V CLASS-B is a large square washer held by a magnet which can be used to access the hide. Please replace where found.
