Geocache Description:

24 September 2022, 08:00 - 08:30

It's Flash Mob time again! When Geocachers All Over The World gather on One Day to join in the shortest type of Event: a Flash Mob!

Date: 24 September 2022
Time: 8:00 - 8:30 a.m.
Place: Parking lot in Emerado, ND

I've decided to pair this year’s WWFM with Bluebird of Happiness Day. Bluebird of Happiness Day is observed each year on September 24th. Bluebirds have long been associated with joy, happiness, and luck. The phrase 'bluebird days' is used to describe a sunny day following a storm. Let's hope this day luck will be on your side as you search for geocaches and that we have beautiful weather (whether or not there is a storm on the 23rd).

What to bring

Please bring a blue hat of some kind (cowboy, baseball, beach hat, party hat, whatever!) to don for a quick photo before we part ways at 8:30.

History of the WWFM

Podcachers Sonny and Sandy came up with the WWFM idea in 2007 after attending a mega-event. It was meant to be a fun “opposite” of a mega-event with all the cool aspects of a geocaching event, crammed into 15 minutes of excitement. "WW" - World Wide – represents these events occurring across the planet on the same day at (mostly) the same time! These caching events are intended to bring geocachers together in a creative way, as well as introduce others (newbies) to the hobby. (click here for more info)

September 24th is also National Punctuation Day....so I figured it's only appropriate to include a fun tidbit for you. You know you have to try it......<‽>
