This small 400-foot memorial garden, built and maintained by Bill Richmond was once just a patch of weeds, but now is full of wildflowers and small trees on the plot of land. In 2003 the city of Pleasant Hill erected a bronze monument at the site.
While this 2 stage cache shouldn't be too difficult, solving will requite a 'special tool', hence the 5 star raiting.
Safest parking is on either Scottsdale Rd or Spar Ct. It is not reccomend you park across from the memorial and jaywalk as this section of Camelback rd is on a blind curve and can be dangerous to cross.
Measure out the following information to obtain the coordinates for the final container.
Final is located at N 37° 58.ABC' W 122° 04.DEF.
A = Width of the 1st tower, in inches.
B = Width of the 2nd tower, in inches.
C = 1st+2nd digit in inches of either towers height.
D = Width of the Stone Base in Feet
E = 1st+2nd digit in inches of the stone base depth, minus the stone depth/thickness in inches.
F = Width of the plaque on the back of the stone in inches, divided by the width of the Stone itself in Feet.
6 digit checksum is 25.
A combination is required to access the final cache. Without saying outright what it is, it should be easy enough to guess if you stop and think about it...
