The Tunnel of Tooheys Road

You are at another JT1018 Geocache

Welcome to the tunnel to nowhere, aka Tooheys Road, a gravel road very unutilized by mining trucks and residents that live along the stretch of road that runs from the Doyalson Link Rd to Bushells Ridge Rd at Wyee. The tunnel is provided for the road to continue under the M1 Motorway, quite a cool spot to take photos of your ride with the tunnel in background. Most people are shocked when they see how dense the tunnel is, and its for a road that only sees under 100 vehicles use it every 24 hours.
