This cache is one of six caches, set in September 2022, that are located around Osmington Mills and Spring Bottom, and are intended to be completed as a circular walk in number order. There will be prolonged moments of near level land on good footpaths, however, there are sharpe inclines/declines as you near the end of the circuit. Please be aware that Spring Bottom naturally can get boggy in 🍂autumn / ❄️winter, and the final descent will take you through a field, where cows 🐄 often graze.
At this third cache, take a moment to savour the views. Portland can be seen in the distance, and there are usually some ships 🚢 located in the sea. During the pandemic, many cruise ships 🛳 were anchored here.
