A Charter Member is a status applied to Geocachers who have been paying users of Geocaching.com since the site was first started.
Charter Members are the original Premium Members of the site. They have also maintained their status since that time. A Charter Member has all of the privileges of a Premium Member. Groundspeak continues to thank Charter Members for early and loyal support through the Charter Member status.
Charter Members can be identified by the "Charter Member" label on their user profile. They will also have a small icon on their profile:

Wisconsin currently has nine (9) Charter Members - these are the geocachers who knew a good thing back in the day and they put their money where the satellites were! Thank you to each of these nine special geocachers who helped lay the foundation for Geocaching in Wisconsin!
To obtain coordinates for the final, all you need to do is determine which cachers below are Wisconsin's Charter Members. Once you have determined who the Charter Members are, use the numbers in parentheses (in order) for the final coordinates. Please use checker to confirm your coordinates.
