Welcome to the Mystic Lake Island. Every summer my family would come down to a house on this lake, and we still do! This lake is a fun spot for afternoon swims, boating, and fishing.
The cache itself is not too hard to find, provided you are on the island. There is a path which will bring you close to the cache, but the challenge is finding the entrance to the Island. Oh, and getting to the island itself.
The "parking" coordinate is where you can unload your boat, and may have a few spots for parking. It isn't too difficult to swim to the island-- it is pretty close to the public boat launch area-- but you will want shoes for the walk, and a dry pen.
Please, reseal the container properly, and secure the logbook in the plastic bag. Beware of poison Ivy, check for ticks afterwards, and bring bug spray! FTFer will enjoy a 5$ ice cream gift card.
