Cell service is very weak all through here. We loaded offline date before we drove to this area.
We hiked the Point Defiance Loop Trail in a clockwise direction. It starts out at the covered bridge along the river with a small boulder covered trail mostly heading downhill. As you round the corner after the campground, it's a gentle uphill climb on a dirt access road. After stopping at this bench site, it will be fairly level until you hit the switch backs down to one of the State Park parking lots. Enjoy!
