On September 21st, 2018 my boyfriend got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife out at the lighthouse! My family has been coming to Grand Marais every year for many generations. After the engagement, we sat here on the rocks and called our family and friends to tell them the news! My now finance and I had been together since 2015. My parents, sister, and other family friends met us on the rock to celebrate the moment. Grand Marais has always been a very special place in my heart. This is just another peice of my story. Enjoy!
