Unfazed at Fazendin Traditional Cache

Fazendin is a relatiely small green space tucked into suburban neighborhoods. One of the main reasons you might visit this park is the trail system: take the primary trail to the east and you can  go several miles and connect with many other local trails. Take the same trail the other direction (south out of the park) and you'll also connect with numerous local trails, a local school, and more. 

Following the trail across Dunkirk Lane from the park takes you to Maple Creek Park, where you'll find a nice little wooded area following a stream, a nice playground area, and even several more caches!

For many years, the park was largely open space, with a few small wooded areas. But starting in 2022, over 100 volunteers planted over 10,000 native plants and trees to create a large polinator garden and urban orchard. A new club called the Native Plant Polinator Garden Club is now maintaining this area, and is actively looking for volunteers- check out the city of Plynouth website for upcoming work dates if you're interested. At the very least, take the trail to the west from the cache location a few hundred feet to enjoy the gardens, which are already starting to be quite nice and will only get better in upcoming years.

Speaking of caches, for this cache you seek a small container that contains a log and several trinkets. It is fully on park property so please respect the boundaries and nearby private property. Also please be conscious of muggles as this is a popular trail.
