Lab Caches are an experimental cache tyoe. In contrast to other cache types, Lab Caches are not required to have a container and can also be located indoors. This allows Lab Cache owners to innovate and test new ideas to make geocaching even more fun.
Lab Caches count towards your statistics and find count on geocaching.com and are played on the free Adventure Lab app.
1. Download the free Adventure Lab app
2. Log in with your Geocaching.com account.
3. Select "I SPY @ Garden of Australian Dreams" Adventure Lab from the nearby directory when you arrive at the National Museum of Australia. OR click HERE to directly open the Adventure in your app. Whichever works best for you!

Important Info:
- The National Museum of Australia is open 9am - 5pm daily (excl. Christmas Day)
- It is FREE to enter the NMA and the Garden of Australian Dreams
- Parking Fees apply during opening hours on WEEKDAYS only. However there are a couple free parking spots on Lawson Crescent behind the museum if you are lucky (parking coordinate provided in waypoints)
In order to find this cache you will need to complete all five (5) Stages of the "I SPY @ Garden of Australian Dreams" Adventure Lab. Upon completion of each stage, you will get one piece of the "code" presented to you in your journal. The stages can be completed in any order, therefore you will need to pay attention to the position of the value you recieve. You can always go back and see all your journal entries, so don't stress if you forgot to record it down.
For example if the code you are given is " ???H?", this means the fourth value in your code will be a "H".
Once you have completed all the stages of the Adventure Lab, you should have a complete code which you will need to confirm in the Certitude Checker below, which will give you the final coordinates for this BONUS cache!
You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
This bonus cache is located close by to the National Museum of Australia, and is a great way to end your visit after you have explored the gardens and all the gallery's!
