Volcano View

From this lovely spot on the Long Mynd between Batch Valley and Gogbatch walkers can enjoy marvelous views of three Shropshire Hills: Caradoc, Lawley and the Wrekin.
These hills are made from lava and ash that erupted from volcanoes around 570 million years ago. The Long Mynd formed when material from these volcanic hills eroded to form layers of sediment, which are now 7000m thick.
The best place to park for this cache is on Plush Hill (included as a waypoint). Walk down the hill towards Gogbatch to reach GZ. To make the walk circular, follow the path to the end of the hill and into Gogbatch (warning: this can get muddy). Once in Gogbatch, walk up the road a short way before taking a moderately steep path back up the Long Mynd towards your car.
The cache is a small, cliplock container with room for small trackables and items of swag. Please bring a pen.
