Am Galgenberg erinnert eine Informationstafel an die Hinrichtungsstätte des Hochgerichts Spurck.
Hier wurde 1632 ein Tagelöhner wegen Diebstahl hingerichtet, nachdem er zuvor mehrere Tage am Pranger gestanden hatte.
