On the Island of Amanti in the middle of Lake TitiCaca
This is an Island of about 4500 inhabitants that has no hotels so tourists are adopted by local families and fed and housed by the locals. There is no elecrticity on the island. This cache is on the highest peak.
Its original contents are a thermometer, a picture of Beavis and Buthead(who worship Lake Titicaca), a Simpsons Sticker(they joke about Lake Titicaca too) a signature green army man and a Utah Souvenir Travel Bug.
