This cache can be a two mile walk through a nice park or as short as a 1/2 mile. It's up to you!
The cache is located in the middle of a 2 mile walking/running trail. There is parking near the trail head at these coords: N 36° 49.156/W 076° 25.421. Trail goes in and out of the woods along the park road and around the perimeter of the playing fields and parking lots. This cache has a two star terrain rating because we intended it to be a two mile walk and you will have to weave your way through some thorny vines to get to it. The Cache is a camouflaged ammo can approx 30 yards off the trail. There are two playgrounds along the way. I have included a picture of the park map. The trail is marked with a dotted red line in the photo.
There is parking within 1/4 mile of the cache if you do not want to walk the whole 2 miles. Cache is not Handicapped accessible.
Please cover the cache well with leaves and pine needles.
