(In Memoriam of GC6RT9C Porto San Paolo Tour - NFC)

Vorrei accompagnarvi in un piccolo tour attraverso Porto San Paolo - un multi con 3 stazioni + finale, meglio se in auto. Ho trovato bene la cache originale circa un anno fa nonostante la mancanza di stazioni e ho trovato la posizione finale così degna di nota che ho preparato un nuovo tour - questa volta senza NFC, ma con stazioni virtuali.
La partenza è da uno dei punti più alti di Porto San Paolo, dove vi aspetta un fantastico panorama sul villaggio, sul mare, su Tavolara e Molara e sui promontori circostanti. Poi si passa a S2 e S3 al bellissimo porticciolo, da dove si può passare a Tavolara. I rispettivi parcheggi sono depositati come waypoint. Si otterranno tre valori A, B e C, da inserire nella seguente formula per ottenere il risultato finale:
N 40° 52.(B-C) (A-C) (C+1) E 009° 3B.(A-B-2) (C-2) (B-2)
Il finale vi porterà a un punto panoramico facilmente raggiungibile in auto/moto. Si arriva al porto secondario di Porto San Paolo che, secondo Barafonda, è utilizzato fin dall'epoca romana ed è apprezzato dai marinai perché molto sicuro e protetto dalle onde. C'è un parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze e si può raggiungere la finale in modo relativamente facile, senza dover salire! Lì troverete una cache di taglia regulare con spazio sufficiente per gli oggetti di scambio e i TB/Coins. Il momento più bello è al tramonto!

S2: Cercate la lapide commemorativa di un abile e coraggioso marinaio. Il numero romano sulla targa di sinistra = B
S3: Cercate una piccola pietra di granito. Il numero inciso (sotto) = C

I‘d like to take you on a little tour through Porto San Paolo – a multi with 3 stations + final, best to be done by car. I found the original cache about a year ago, despite the lack of stations. The final location was really worth seeing, so I‘ve prepared a new tour - this time no NFC, but pure virtual stations.
The start is at one of the highest points of Porto San Paolo, where a fantastic panorama of the village, the sea, of Tavolara and Molara and the surrounding awaits you. Next steps are S2 and S3 at the beautiful little harbour, from where you can take off to Tavolara. The respective parking spaces are deposited as waypoints. You will get three values A, B and C, which you put into the following formula to get to the final:
N 40° 52.(B-C) (A-C) (C+1) E 009° 3B.(A-B-2) (C-2) (B-2)
The final will take you to a viewpoint that is easily accessible by car/motorbike. It leads you to the secondary port of Porto San Paolo, which, according to Barafonda, has been used since Roman times and is appreciated by sailors because it is safe and protected from the waves. There is a car park in the immediate vicinity, and you can reach the final relatively easily - without having to climb! There you will find a regular cache with enough space for exchange items and TBs/coins. It is most beautiful at sunset!

Ich möchte Euch gerne auf eine kleine Tour durch Porto San Paolo entführen – ein Multi mit 3 Stationen + Final, am besten mit dem Auto zu begehen. Den ursprünglichen Cache habe ich vor ca. einem Jahr trotz fehlender Stationen gut gefunden und fand den Finalort so sehenswert, dass ich eine neue Tour vorbereitet habe – diesmal kein NFC, sondern reine Ablesestationen.
Start ist an einem der höchsten Punkte von Porto San Paolo, wo Euch ein fantastisches Panorama auf den Ort, das Meer, Tavolara und Molara und die umliegenden Landzungen erwartet. Danach geht es zu S2 und S3 an den schönen kleinen Hafen, von wo aus Ihr auf die Tavolara übersetzen könnt. Die jeweiligen Parkplätze sind als Wegpunkte hinterlegt. Ihr bekommt drei Werte A, B und C, die Ihr in folgende Formel einsetzt, um zum Final zu gelangen:

Das Final führt Euch an einen Aussichtspunkt, zu dem ihr gut mit dem Auto/Motorrad gelangt. Es führt Euch zum sekundären Hafen von Porto San Paolo, der, laut Barafonda, seit der Römerzeit genutzt und von den Seeleuten geschätzt wird, weil er sicher und vor den Wellen geschützt ist. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, zum Final kommt ihr relativ leicht - ohne klettern zu müssen! Dort erwartet Euch ein Regular Cache mit genügend Platz für Tauschgegenstände und TBs/Coins. Bei Sonnenuntergang ist es dort am schönsten!
