The name of the park comes from the old name of the town, Komagome Shinmei-cho, after Komagome Shinmei-gu Shrine (Komagome Tenso Shrine), located south of the park.
The park has a catch basin with netting as well as playground equipment. A staircase descends from the height of the catch basin into a mortar shape. The bottom part is a circular square with a turtle and a half-buried octopus, which seems to be inspired by the sea.
The cache is hidden outside the catch basin. Please bring your own pen.

公園の名前は、公園の南に位置する駒込神明宮（駒込天祖神社）にちなんだ駒込神明町という旧町名からきています。
遊具のほかネットのあるキャッチボール場もあります。キャッチボール場の高さからすり鉢状に階段があり、底部分が円形の広場になっています。海をイメージしているらしく、カメや半分埋まったタコがいます。
キャッシュはキャッチボール場の外側に隠しました。ペンをお持ちください。
