This letterbox is placed in conjuction with the KC Picnic 2022 -- Celebration Event. It is a simple offset cache. Simply go to the posted coordinates then project a waypoint at 287.8 degrees and 218.4 feet. There you will find a well stocked ammo can.

Please leave the stamp and ink pad for those who like to do that sort of thing. Everything else is available for trade.
