This cache has been moved from it's original location due to property ownership changes and land postings.
Hence, I have had to change the cache page as well.
You will be looking for a large plastic tube covered in camouflaged tape, something that will not rust out or be crushed when someone puts 30 pounds of rock on it.
Well hidden but the view makes up for it.
This cache is actually one of the easier ones we have placed, there is a road leading right to it in fact, but you will have to walk from the fence line.
Take a lot of optics with you because you could see Elk, Deer, Bear and maybe Cat and Sheep from here. Please post photos of your adventure.
There are good views of The Seven Devils as well as the Eagle Cap mountains. This cache is on a bench above Chief Joseph Canyon. The Seven Devils range will be off to the South East by East direction and the Eagle Caps will be South. (The Seven Devils will be to the left and a long ways off, low on the horizon.)
Please do not attempt to pass by the Tank Trap and close the gate BOTH ways as there can be livestock most any time of the year.
Park at: N45:45.769 W117:16.122
Your looking for a tube about 4" x 12" with camo tape.
