The following 14-stanza poem utilizes the code words obtained from the 12 Cachemas containers. Figure out each code words' numeric connections, so you can solve for the coordinates below. Complete the simple math by transferring the proper numbers.
(A dash - means subtract. A plus + means add. A slash / means divide. There is NO multiplication. Parenthesis ( ) are used to separate digits, and do NOT represent math functions.)

POEM: Twas the Day After Cachemas
(and He's Getting the 'Boot')
1 Twas the day after Cachemas and all through the towns,
Tired cachers remembered chasing First-to-Find hounds.
2 For twelve days prior, they hunted for codes;
Travelled tons of miles down numerous roads.
3 Then on Christmas night, they lay snug in their beds,
While visions of bonus day danced in their heads.
4 All cozy and warm dressed in street clothes to sleep,
Their notifications were all set to beep.
5 Sooner or later their phones will all clatter,
They'll spring from their beds to see what's the matter.
6 The time has now come, so fly like a flash,
To solve the puzzle on this thirteenth day cache.
7 Are the roads clear of rain, ice, or new-fallen snow?
Cause unsafe conditions are bad on the ground below.
8 Today's the last chance for an FTF prize,
And the end of this year's Cachemas hides.
9 And you know that ole cacher, so lively and quick,
Who's been running the show for Ole St. Nick?
10 After seven Cachemas seasons, he's getting the 'boot!'
And Santa's decision is absolute.
Now cachers, reviewers...now seekers and hiders,
Come muggles, kiddos, come newbs and ole timers,
Let's all say farewell to that hard-working guy,
Called Major134, or Pete on the sly.
11 As Cachemas ends for two thousand twenty-two,
It's met with an obstacle - What's there to do?
With Pete now booted, will Cachemas survive?
First Brandt, then Pete...will another arrive?
12 And then in a twinkling, I heard some jolly news,
Indeed there's a candidate that Santa will choose.
