Geocache Description:

I noticed some space on the way to Phil's Memorial Cache (Oldest CA. Cache) (GC5B). Thought I might as well place one, and of course had to make it "Phil" themed. The coordinates might be bouncy under all of the trees, but the hint should make it easier to find the cache.
