This cache is placed near the Sidgewick site, part of the Cambridge University's campus. It overlooks the Classics faculty. The cache itself is a straightforward micro. As the cache is placed in a busy area, discretion is advised.
The cache commemorates the teaching of the Classical Tripos at Cambridge, the second oldest 'Tripos' founded in 1822 it establsihed to train mathmaticians in the Classics. Recently the tripos has celebrated its 200 year anniverary.
To find the cache you will need to work out the years various former faculty members were appointed to their professorships. They represent a selection of famous Classicists who have taught and reserached in the faculty over the past 200 years.

The listed coordinates take you to the Cambridge's Museum of Classical Archaeology. The museum is within the faculty and free to all with the following opeing hours:
Tues-Fri: 10am-5pm
Sat (univ. term-time only): 2-5pm
Sun and Monday: Closed
The museum homes one of the finest collections of casts of Ancient sculpture in the country and is well worth a visit to familiarise yourself with the great works of Greek and Roman art. It is a great place to seek inspiration as you tackle this puzzle.
