As you can probably tell by the name, the street lamp has something to do with this cache. Also, if you don't know how to use a screwdriver, you should probably give up now 😂 Look around the base of the lamp for a small screwdriver. When you find it, check the hint for where to go next...
When you are done with the cache, put it and all the components used to find it back in their original position. (Do everything in reverse.) If you don't, I will know since I check the cache after every find. I hope I don't have to resort to removing finds. If you had problems putting it back the right way, message me so I know not to remove your find and I can fix the problem.
