Bogside racecourse 1 mile straight. 
Cache: from golf course follow path to woods, turn right into open ground then follow path parallel to wooded area. Old concrete posts on your left marking track. Too overgrown to follow, better staying on hard packed track to coordinate. Gz N 55 37.789 W04 42.200. At that point look to your left and you should find an old wooden post and a concrete post in a straight line. This would appear to be the starting post area as no other concrete posts are in place further down the hill.
