ScrappyDooPup: Cemeteries in Texas which are accessed from US Highways are not private property but often signs proclaiming such are posted to attempt to deter vandals or homeless encampments. This cemetery has a gate which is locked during nighttime hours limiting the times ground zero can be accessed. At any rate, this container has been muggled so I am choosing not to replace it.
