Fudao Introduction
Fuzhou city has four slow lanes, namely Jidao, Wendao, Fudao and Ledao, with a total length of about 125 kilometers.
Fudao ( Fuzhou Trans - Urban Connector ), which refers to the pedestrian walkway starting from Zuohai Park to Jinniushan Park , is the first - of - its - kind elevated steel pedestrian walkway in China . The skywalk covers about 19 kilometers along its winding path , threading through Sheshan Mountain , Meifengshan Mountain , and Jinniushan Mountain in the city , and weaving five parks together , namely Zuohai Park, Meifeng Mountain Park , Jinniushan Sports Park , Jinniushan Park , and Guoguang Park. There are more than 10 natural and cultural attractions along this trail including Azalea Valley , Cherry Blossom Garden and Shuangyong Park .Fudao is the first urban landscape ecological leisure and fitness corridor in Fuzhou.
The main body of Fudao is made of hollow steel pipe truss, and the bridge deck is made of grid plate, with the gap within 1.5cm.. The design can not only satisfy wheelchair access, but also maximize the growth space for plants below the trail. On the suspended plank road of the ring road, a landscape elevator is added for connection to shorten the detour time. At the same time, in order to ensure that tourists can travel back and forth quickly and conveniently, Fudao focuses on connecting the suspended plank road, hiking trail and roadway to form a circular system.
Fudao won the 2017 International Architecture Award and the 2018 Singapore Presidential Design Award.

福州有四大慢行道，分别是吉道、文道、福道、乐道，总长约125公里
福道即福州左海公园一一金牛山城市森林步道，是我国首条悬空钢架城式森林栈道。福道规划总长19公里，横贯福州市中心的蛇山、梅峰山、金牛山山体，将左海公园、梅峰山地公园、金牛山体育公园、金牛山公园、国光公国等五个公园串联在一起，沿线还建有杜鹃谷、樱花园、双拥公园等十余处自人文景观节点，是福州市首条城市山水生态休闲健身走廊。
福道主体采用空心钢管桁架组成，桥面采用格栅板，缝隙在1.5厘米以内。设计既可满足轮椅通行，也给步道下方的植物最大限度的生长空间。在环线悬空栈道上，有增设景观电梯进行接驳，以缩短绕行时间。同时，为确保游客能快速便捷的往返，福道着重考虑将悬空栈道、登山步道和车行道三个对接形成环形系统。
福道荣获2017年国际建筑大奖、2018年新加坡总统设计奖。
