Saturday, October 8 was a big (MARE) day in the history of Geocaching in Romania. Mr. Erikusz reached the milestone of 10,000 founds.
And I decided to celebrate him by hiding a cache in his honor. And the best choice was Varful MARE from Retezat.

Varful Mare is a mountain peak located in the Retezat mountains, and has a height of 2463 m. Access to the peak is from the Varful Mare saddle located above Lake Gales.
