We are very excited to be placing our first cache ever! Please be sure to replace cache EXACTLY as hidden, as it is now moved due to it being constantly muggled! BYOP and use stealth!! This is a public park with varying crowds during the week, more crowded on weekends (thus the extra 0.5 difficulty).
We chose this location to highlight a very important resource in not only Stamford but across the state - our technical high school system. J.M. Wright Technical High School is a special place for us. Our son went here and studied carpentry, and our other kids are strongly considering it as well for other trades. The school is also very involved in the community, asking students to volunteer prior to graduation. Several of them volunteer at the Annual Stamford Charity Chili Cookoff that we host there every October! (If you happen to show up on Chili Day come on over and say hi!) So as you visit this cache, be sure to take some time to look into the CT Technical High School System and all it has to offer its students. It truly is a hidden gem that needs to be found.
