At the posted coordinates tune in to FM 104.7 and you'll hear the minutes of the coordinates subtly mixed in with a song so to not alert the nearby muggle population. The minutes of the coordinates (the last five north and last five west digits) will be listed as lotto numbers or bonus numbers.
The final location is within 1.5 miles and it is placed with permission.
As with all letterboxes, there is a stamp inside you can use to stamp your own personal letterboxing note book, but you don't have to. As long as you ink the log in the geocache with your name and date, and hopefully your own personal stamp, you are good. Make sure to leave the stamp inside the geocache.
