Sports are TUBE-ular dude... I was on the FENCE about placing a cache here, but it was cacheless and is a sports park that didn't have a cache, so I felt that I had to fix that.
This sports area also doubles as an amazing park for the family also and is sure to be the cornerstone for much of the area. With several baseball fields, volleyball court, tennis courts, a large walking trail, picnic area with grills, open bathrooms (that were clean and well stocked), and a cute playground area - this sports park is sure to have something for everyone in the family.
You are looking for a small bison tube. The top is attached to its hiding place, but you can easily unscrew the bottom and get to the log. Beware of muggles HANGing around when the park is open (only open 7am-10pm Monday- Friday, 9am-10pm Saturday- Sunday).
Parking can be done in the large parking lot with an easy walk to the cache. The cache is more of a 1.5, but if there is a game going in it may be harder to grab the cache unseen. Please tuck it back into its orginal hiding place. (I have found that if you place the log in the top, it's easier to screw back together and for the next person to remove.)
