Target Rock National Wildlife Refuge

PLEASE NOTE THE NEW COORDINATES HAVE BEEN CHANGED.
The container has been replaced again, this time with a small lock & lock.

The cache is located in the Target Rock National Wildlife Refuge. There is a $4.00 Vehicle Fee (Honor System). There are several nice trails to explore.
