The Tavern this cache is named after has been closed for many years. It was a popular place for all the blue collar workers in the area as well as the community. It was the only tavern within walking distance. Because of the tavern this neighborhoods unofficial name still is the Old Mill. Enough chatting, let's get to it. The pelican case blends into the foliage really well. This cache shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to find.
