The Motu Trails is one of 22 great rides under Ngā Haerenga, The New Zealand Cycle Trail. The trail stretches between Ōpōtiki in the Eastern Bay of Plenty, and Matawai, on the way to Gisborne.

In 2019, Geocaching HQ extended the Adventure Lab experiment globally. A select number of geocaching organizations and at least 500 qualified geocachers were given the chance to create Adventures. These Adventures will remain active for at least six months, or potentially longer, for the community to enjoy.
Finding Adventure Labs:
1. Download the Adventure Labs app.
2. Log in with your Geocaching.com account.
3. Select a nearby Adventure from the directory, or click here
4. Navigate to the Adventure location and follow the instructions in the description.
In order to locate this bonus cache, you should have collected the A-E bonus clues from each correctly completely waypoint. These characters need to be added into the following geochecker as one word, no spaces!
