Blooming Brilliant Bulbs in Cliff's Woods
CITO 2022, Season 2
Attend a CITO from 1st September through to 30th November to grab a season 2 souvenir.
Parking: Suggested parking is in the car park at the provided coords, there is a footbridge to take you over to Horsbere. Or if there is space you can park by the gates leading in to the brook (alternative parking).
Where: Meet by the main gate at 1030 (alternative parking coords) or find us in Cliff's Woods (published coords), look for the flag.
What: Join us in Cliff's Wood planting 1500 snowdrop bulbs.
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance and tools if necessary. Drop by if you have any time to spare and don't worry about not knowing what to do - none of us do, but the ranger will set us straight!
You may wish to bring gloves, and a dibber or bulb planter if you have one, but the ranger will have several too.
Health and Safety: The session and will be covered by council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.
Please make sure you bring along your own refreshments as it can be thirsty work!
