Geocache Description:

During a recent Ontario Pathways trail maintenance day the very overgrown Flint loop trail southern end was re-opened and provided access to a very picturesque area, especially during Fall foliage season. This is just an easy cache to find along a gentle hike you should find enjoyable.

Please use the designated parking area.  There is a pedestrian trail access off route 488 but do not park there. The access is by grace of the land owner and parking there is not allowed.

The loop trail has several access points off the main trail. I recommend using the main trail to the Southern-most trail head (you'll see the sign pictured in the background image) and taking the loop trail back North to the parking area.

At certain times of year, wading may be necessary. Also, it may be difficult to find in winter

The cache is a decon container with a tight fitting lid. Please make sure you close the lid all the way to keep the contents dry.

There is a FTF trackable in the cache and a TB in addition to the usual log.
