This cache is located along the Santa Ana River along a well maintained forest service road. There are two ways in to get to the cache. No matter which entry road of the two you take, the road goes all the way out to the opposite side. You should be able to drive along the dirt road in just about any non-lowered vehicle. But use caution, especially on weekends and watch out for motorcycles, bicycles and 4X4's I have seen quite a few vehicles on the roads on Saturdays and Sundays.
If you find on your GPS that you are on the Hwy. and have passed the cache, don't worry, there is another way in.
The cache is a very short walk from the road once you get there.
The area is great for a nice quiet, romantic picnic If you like to fish, the river gets stocked regularly a little farther down stream. But there are really nice native German Brown trout in there as well.
The cache is in a blue, 2 gallon Rubbermaid tub. It has a rock on the lid to keep critters out and is partially covered by bark and dead tree branches.
