-Rusty-: I am going to archive this cache, it has been under the weather for many months and I know that the cache owner is no longer nearby so maintenance is difficult. There is a new cache place within .1 miles of this one and rather than make them find a new spot when this may never be reactivated I am going to let them have the spot.
If this is a problem and you decide to repair/replace this cache just drop me an email and we will see what can be worked out.
