While Geocaching.com would like to continue to hold the location for you, doing so blocks other cachers from placing caches in the area. We feel that this cache has been disabled for a period of time exceeding what is reasonable for the area, and thus I regretfully must archive it.

If you are able to get out and replace the cache, simply drop me a note and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache or better yet, the URL of the cache page. I will be more than happy to take a look at it to see if it is still is within the guidelines of the Geocaching.com website for cache placement and posting.

Hawk Woods Nature Center

This is #3 of a series of three caches in Hawk Woods. Please take the opportunity to walk the lovely trails and take a look-see at the really neat log cabins. Definitely worth the effort! Also, leashed pets are welcome on the trails, please be sure to pick up pet droppings and dispose of them properly. We want to insure that pets are continued to be welcome at this great park. Thanks! While out there I saw plenty of deer, squirrels, birds, ducks.... and a couple much in love... Sometimes it is a good thing to cough when you hear rustling in the woods!! The fall colors are just awesome and the walk through the marsh area is breath taking! Enjoy! PuppyLover
