This is going to take a lot of stealth and a little bit of luck
This is the first park I visited when moving here and its still my favourite...it took a little bit of trial and error to find a spot that hadn't been taken and the water was visible. Then I remembered one that used to be here but since archived. This spot also allows for a lot of searching without doing any damage to anything. So park that geo mobile and don't run over the old hag's parking spot.
