Geocache Description:

We have some beautiful parks here in Pincher Creek, there are two parks at this site, one on each side of the fence.

smileyOn the South side of the fence is Juan J. Teran Regional Park, named after a doctor who practiced in Pincher Creek for almost 30 years and was also the Mayor of Pincher Creek for more than 20 years. This park is a large one and features - Three regulation slo pitch diamonds (one accommodates baseball), Beach volleyball pit, Children’s playground, Picnic area with lots of open green space and Horseshoe pits.

winkOn the North side of the fence is the Bobby Burns Fish Pond and Recreation Park, a beautiful and serene area complete with pond, trees, picnic areas and fishing docks. Fishing is limited to seniors and people with disabilities, the park is also used for weddings, barbecues, picnics and community gatherings.

During the busy spring baseball season, stealth will be required.

Parking is available on the Juan Teran (south) side of the fence.
