After the find, please return the box to its magnet under the beam, and cover it well. 
I went to the Upside-Down and all I got was this strange cache. It's best hunted by an agile cacher because the slope may be slippery. Search downhill from the City Center trail. You don't need to enter the creek. It's a small Lock-n-Lock box. While you search, you may encounter thorns, poison ivy, bugs, and everything else you'd find at the edge of a Georgia forest. See the parking lot waypoint as a starting point. If there’s a big event on the grounds, plan to park at the library or beyond, and walk. You may find the cache, and then sit on the nearby bench to write in the log and trade swag.
