I placed this cache in a fugue state - The Old Ones no doubt planting temporary madness in my already anxious mind.
It is off to the side of the road, I cannot recall the cache's exact appearance or placement, but rest assured it contains the plastic rosary beads that will protect you in your future dealings with their servants.
