Frank just can't win....
Frank hears there are a few chilis vieing for the hottest.
So Frank joined up with a hot young chef Gal Firetti.
They started with same base as last year;
42lbs of 58% beef, and cooked it for 85 hours and 42 mins. then added Gal's mix of peppers.
First they added: Trinidad Scorpion “Butch T”, Ghost Pepper (Bhut Jolokia), and some 7 Pot Red (Giant)
then after simmering added some:7 Pot Red (Giant), Carolina Reaper, and some Trinidad Scorpion “Butch T”
