Pēc būtības apdzīvotā vietā saucas ''Bukas'', bet tā kā šo vārdu var mēģināt arī locīt, tad tīri labi skan arī ''Buku ...'', kā rezultātā internetā lietoto nosaukumu īpatsvars sadalās aptuveni pusi uz pusi. Arī vietvārdu datubāzē vienā ailītē var atrast abus nosaukumus.

The inhabited place is called "Bukas", but since this word can also be declined, "Buku..." sounds quite good as well, as a result, the share of both names used on the internet is divided roughly in half. Once we have clarified the name, it turns out that the entire manor complex with numerous buildings (including Soviet-era high-rises), a mill pond, and 24 hectares of land can be purchased! Regarding the recent history of the manor, it is very interesting to read on the Riga district portal, paying attention to the year of the article (2016), the theses mentioned therein, and the actual situation in 2022. It seems that everything stopped like a knife in the same 2016. In summary - everything as usual - grandiose plans, restoration work started, but all of it stopped and grand shelves and piles of planks still loom around the manor lord's building.
The cache is hidden on the right bank of the Suda River, where it flows from the Mill Pond - at this spot, a picturesque view of part of the building opens up.
