Geocache Description:

The Zillmer Ski trails offer the opportunity to hike or ski rolling hills.  Work up that appetite on a dewy spring morning, hot summer evening, or crisp fall afternoon for some PIE!

This series is placed along the Zillmer Ski Trails within the Northern Unit of the Kettle Moraine Forest.  Please follow all posted rules & regulations including NO HIKING in winter when the trails are groomed for XC skiing.  These geocaches are seasonal and are not accessible on foot after the first significant snowfall until the ski season is finished (typically mid-March).

Key Lime Pie is often reserved for summer.  Bringing a refreshing tart end to the meal, it evokes a visual painting of the wavy ocean and warm beaches of Florida.  You’ll instead find me opting for something with chocolate.  You are looking for a small camo container off the yellow trail.

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Samantha Lindquist of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form.
