Tobie Grant Park is a nice park in Dekalb County with a lot of facilities, like a playground, pavilions, a multi-purpose field and a recreation center and a swimming pool. They don't seem to be used a lot. The tennis courts for sure have not been used in a while.
This cache is hidden near the tennis courts.
